I understand and agree that the program is educational in nature. Nopali Ventures, LLC, David Fornelli, and Amanda Fornelli (collectively referred to as “The Company”), including their affiliated entities, employees, contractors, and team members, make no guarantees of specific financial results or business outcomes from participation in this program.

I acknowledge that The Company is not providing legal, tax, or financial advice and that any strategies, tools, or templates shared should be evaluated in consultation with my own professional advisors. I am solely responsible for all decisions and actions taken based on the information provided through this program.

I understand that all course content—live sessions, recordings, templates, documents, and community posts—are the intellectual property of The Company and are for my personal use only. I will not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without prior written consent.

I understand that my participation in live Business Builder Sessions or Facebook Community discussions may be recorded or quoted for future educational and promotional use by The Company. I give permission for such use without expectation of compensation.

I hereby release and waive any and all claims now or in the future against The Company for any actions, results, or business outcomes that may arise from my participation in the Systems Academy. I understand that I am responsible for implementing course materials in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and accept all associated risks.

If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
